  • We are not responsible for user errors or negligence. This includes providing incorrect information, missing calls from astrologers for consultations, or damaging products after delivery.

Situations for Potential Refunds:

While refunds are generally not offered, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In specific situations, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. These situations include:

  • Technical glitches or system errors: If our website experiences technical issues that significantly impact your order processing, we may consider a refund.
  • Delayed subscription activation: If your subscription service experiences unexpected delays in activation, a pro-rated refund may be offered.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. However, we can only accept cancellations for unprocessed orders (not yet assigned to an astrologer) within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations after this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the website’s discretion.

Product Returns and Refunds:

Subscription Refunds:

Subscription services are intended for ongoing use. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for subscriptions once activated. However, we may consider a pro-rated refund for delayed activation, as mentioned earlier.

  • Product images on our website are for reference only. We deliver products as close to the displayed images as possible. However, slight variations may occur, and these are not grounds for a refund.

  • Providing an incorrect contact number for the “Call with Astrologer” feature is not grounds for a refund. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details and are available to receive your call.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting various charges incurred by the website. This includes transaction fees, shipping costs, and any other relevant charges associated with processing and delivering your order.
  • In rare cases of duplicate payments, only the intended order amount will be refunded. We will retain any transaction charges associated with the duplicate payment.
  • Jyotish Rahsya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion for various reasons, including non-availability of services, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or other identified issues. If your order is canceled after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
